La Posada La Llave Roble is an organic red wine certified, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Tempranillo 40% and Merlot 10%. Fermented in stainless steel
TASTING NOTES: Cherry color and claret edge. Red and Black fruit in the nose, very well integrated with vanilla and chocolate hints. Medium tannins and well balance acidity. Long taste with a spiced aftertaste.
HARVEST: MID – END SEPTEMBER
WINEMAKING: Natural and artisanal vinification at controlled temperature. 4 months in French oak.
PAIRING: Roast lamb or chicken with spices, salmon, pasta with strong and spiced sauce, all kind of cheese.
